Woodhaven Lakes is a private, gated recreational property owner resort located in the heart of North Central Illinois, just two hours west of Chicago.
Two pools and a beach provide a great way for families to relax and cool off during the hot summer months. Our year-round recreation staff provides structured recreation programs and services throughout the year.
Wildlife is abundant at Woodhaven and it’s very common to see deer frolicking through the prairies during all seasons.

Comfort Station Update 4/14/26: Comfort Stations 3 & 17 will be closed until Friday for cleaning. As a reminder Comfort Stations 5, 6, 9, 10, 15, 22, 25, and 26 are now open.
Fire Department Training 4-17-26: Multiple Fire Departments will be conducting underwater sonar training at Black Oak Lake on April 17. Equipment and multiple vehicles will be in the area of the Lakeview Building and Black Oak Lake during the times of 8:30-10 a.m.

Woodhaven Association 2026 Board of Directors Election Affidavits of Candidacy are now open. Four of the seven Board seats are up for election. Affidavits can be picked up at the Association Office, found on the Owners side of the website under FORMS, or printed from this link:

The Association is offering up a 2011 Chevy Colorado Extended Cab 4x4 from the retired Maintenance fleet for sealed bid auction. This vehicle is being offered “as is” and can be viewed in the Family Center parking lot during the duration of the auction, which begins April 1 and ends April 30 at 3 p.m.
Bids are being accepted from Property Owner(s) of Record only, as listed on the deed. Bid packets can be requested beginning April 1 at 8:30 a.m. from the Association Office (packets may be emailed upon request). Sealed bids must be submitted on official bid sheets to be accepted. More vehicle and auction details can be found in the official bid packets.
