Tournaments
Throughout the summer months, Woodhaven holds a variety of sporting events. Our events are planned with "fun" in mind. Registration takes place the day of and at the location of the event.

Sports Equipment
A plethora of sports equipment is available to property owners and their guests for use while at Woodhaven. Equipment can be borrowed on a daily basis. Basketballs, hockey sticks and pucks, volleyballs, tennis rackets and balls, badminton and pickleball rackets, horseshoes, boccie ball, shuffleboard equipment, softball bats and balls, and a variety of other miscellaneous equipment is available.

Sports Courts

Basketball
There are ten backboards on property – four at the Sports Core, four at the Family Center, one at the Section 6 pavilion, and one at the Section 17 playground. Three-on-three tournaments are held on special weekends througout the summer.

Badminton
Located adjacent to the Family Center. Rule sheets and equipment can be checked out from the staff at the Family Center. Easy to learn and fun to play.

Horseshoe Pits
Located in the Section 17 playground. Equipment can be checked out through the Rec Center.

Pickleball
The pickleball court is a relatively new addition to our recreation facilities located by the Family Center. Equipment can be checked out from the Family Center. Easy to learn and fun for the whole family.

Roller Court
Located near the Family Center, the roller court is available for free skating and marked for roller hockey. Hockey equipment, including pucks, balls, and hockey sticks, is available for check out in the Family Center.

Shuffleboard
Ships Ahoy! There are three outdoor shuffleboard courts located near the Rec Plex. Equipment and rule sheets can be checked out at the Rec Plex. Great opportunity for intergenerational participation. Easy to learn, and easy on the joints!

Tennis Courts
There are five tennis courts on property. Two are near the Family Center and three are near the Recreation Center. Tennis rackets and balls can be checked out from either the Rec Plex or the Family Center.

Volleyball
Two sand volleyball courts are available for use at the Beach. Balls can be checked out from the Family Center.
