Woodhaven News

The Woodhaven News is a monthly publication (except February) designed to keep property owners informed about Woodhaven and used to help promote Woodhaven Lakes to future property owners. There are monthly articles from the Board President, Exective Director, General Manager, upcoming recreation events, ESAC Corner, citations, and more. Subscription costs are included in the property owner's yearly assessments. The Woodhaven News is mailed directly to property owners and other subscribers and is also distributed for free at the Association Office.

Display Advertising

The Woodhaven News is distributed directly into more than 5,900 homes monthly. Several hundred more are also distributed directly on property. We offer several different size display ads to meet each individual clients needs and budget. There are special contract rates for advertisers interested in committing several months worth of advertising in the Woodhaven News.

Classified Advertising

Classified ads are provided to property owners and others who are interested in advertising personal goods, items and services for sale, rent, etc. Classified ads are not to be used by contractors or other commercial businesses (see display advertising options above).

Classified ads cost $5.00 per month for a maximum of 40 words, and an additional $5.00 for every 40 more words. See the copy deadlines below to determine when copy is due for each issue.
