Woodhaven Passes

There are three different kinds of passes used to gain entry to Woodhaven, each with their own purpose. The different passes include:

Property Owner Passes (4 issued per lot)
Temporary Passes (Issued for a three-day period)
Guest Passes (Issued on a per-day basis)

Woodhaven Property Owner Passes

Four individually numbered and coded passes are issued to each lot. Guests are permited to use these passes, however, please keep in mind that you are responsible for your guests' actions while at Woodhaven. Any citation issued to your guests will be charged to your lot.

Pass Rules:

Entrance onto and use of Woodhaven property requires one (1) pass per passenger vehicle or two (2) motorcycles.
Use of another property owner's pass by a property owner not in good standing or trying to avoid payment of dues is subject to a minimum of $100.00 fine for the first offense for either party.
Each lot owner/guest must show a valid pass, if using their lot, whether or not they are entering Woodhaven in another property owner's vehicle. Public Safety makes periodic lot checks to determine usage and activity.
All entry to Woodhaven must be through the Main Gate.

How to Use Property Owner Passes

Property owner passes are coded and use a card-reader system. Each pass has its own unique code which helps identify the section and lot access and activity. To operate the gate, simply hold the card level with the front of the pass facing foward (so you can still read the information printed on the front). Slide the card smoothly and completely through the channel at the back of the slot.

How to Replace a Pass

Each lot is issued only four (4) passes. There are no additional passes available per lot. If any one of your passes are lost, stolen, damaged or worn a fee is charged to replace a pass. The costs to replace a pass are as follows:

If the pass to be replaced is surrendered at the time of replacement, cost is $5.00 per pass.
If the pass to be replaced is not surrendered at the time of replacement, and the replacement pass is mailed to the property owner, cost is $5.00 per pass.
If the pass to be replaced is not surrendered and the replacement pass is required immediately, replacement cost per pass is $30.00.
Replaced passes are non-refundable.

Please remember that only the property owner who is listed on our official membership papers can replace a pass. Children, grandchildren, friends, relatives, etc. cannot replace a pass if their name is not listed on the membership papers. This is done for security purposes.

Property owners can purchase activity passes for their children or grandchildren for only $1.00 per pass. The passes may be used to check out sports equipment at the Activity Center and Family Center. The activity passes are great if you don't want to give your regular property owner pass to your child or grandchild to check out equipment.

These passes can be purchased at the Association Office.

Temporary Passes

Temporary passes are used by property owners for guests who plan on staying at their property but do not have any more property owner passes available. Temporary passes are available at the gate for a three-day period. The costs for a temporary pass is $20.00 per pass if pre-registered, and $30.00 per pass if not pre-registered.

Guest Passes

Woodhaven property owners may use Woodhaven-owned lots for guests who have their own RV or for tent camping. An Association-owned lot, including designated "Coast-to-Coast" lots, may be permitted for use by the guest of a member for a period up to 10 days on a space available basis. Advanced reservations are required, preferrably two weeks in advance.

A reservation shall be initiated by the host Member prior to the start of the use period.
The host member will be charged $10.00 per 24 hr day, to cover costs, payable in advance.
The guest will use a dates-defined Guest Pass.
The host member is responsible for any incidents that may occur as a result of the guest usage.
A maximum of 2 reservations per year per member may be made and shall not be consecutive.
Occupancy is limited to 1 RV. (5 tents or 1 RV and two tents).
