Terms & Rules

  • You must be the property owner of record for the specific section/lot(s) which you complete on the entry form.
    All required information on the entry form must be completed to be entered into the sweepstakes.
  • Multiple lot owners will be entered only once.
  • Monthly prize winners will be notified by e-mail and are responsible to pick-up their prized at the Association Office.
  • Winner’s names will be published on the website and in the Woodhaven News.
  • Monthly winners will be eligible for the Grand Prize which will be awarded in October 2009.
