In an effort to more effectively and efficiently distribute information from the Association in the future, we are beginning the daunting task of collecting our property owner’s e-mail addresses. As an incentive, we are holding an E-Mail Sweepstakes this summer.

Please be assured that your e-mail address will be used only by the Association for business and informational purposes only. You will have the option to choose what type of information and updates you would like to receive. We will not sell or provide this e-mail list to any third party.

Our first goal is to collect the e-mail addresses. At the end of the sweepstakes we will send out an e-mail to give you a checklist of options as to what information and updates you prefer to receive.

This contest is for property owners only. You will be required to enter a valid e-mail address which is specifically tied to a section/lot and property owner name. We ask that you enter the contest even if you are already signed-up to receive our e-newsletter, because we do not have specific names, sections or lots that coincide with e-mail addresses on that list. Remember, this is an effort to update our official property owner information. We are not looking for entries from six different people for each lot—just for the e-mail address of the primary owner.

Prizes will include:

May – Five (5) winners will receive a $20 Woody Gift Certificate for use at the General Store or Service Center.
June – Ten (10) winners will receive a Main Event logo t-shirt.
July – Five (5) winners will receive a “Beach Fun” Basket.
August – Five (5) winners will receive a “Rock and Roll With It” Fun Basket.
September – Five (5) winners will receive a “Campfire Cooking” Fun Basket.
October Grand Prize – One (1) winner will receive a $250 Woody Gift Certificate for use at the General Store or Service Center.
