Covenants & Restrictions The Declaration of Covenants, which is recorded against all property at Woodhaven Lakes, sets forth certain rights and obligations that members have to each other, rights and obligations that the Board of Directors have to the members, and obligations that the Board of Directors and the members have to maintain common properties, buildings and roads. The Board of Directors and the general membership also have an obligation to preserve and maintain the natural resources at Woodhaven Lakes which includes the lakes and trees. In addtion to the rights and obligations set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, the Board of Directors has set forth the following Preamble as established in the By-laws for The Woodhaven Association:

The By-laws established by the Woodhaven Association are the guidelines and rules to govern the internal affairs of the Association and the Board of Directors. The By-laws set forth membership and voting rights, meetings, election of Directors, powers of the Board of Directors, financial management by the Board, officers and committees, and duties of members.
