Board of Directors | Committees | Executive Director | General Manager Board of Director Election 2008 Woodhaven's Board of Directors is the governing body of the Woodhaven Association and receives its authority from Woodhaven's By-laws. The duties of the Board of Director's include managing and controlling the affairs of the Woodhaven Association with the guidance and assistance of employed management personnel including the General Manager and Exective Director. The Board of Directors consists of seven members of the Woodhaven Association. Directors serve a minimum of a four year term and are elected by the Association membership. Elections are held every two (2) years (even numbered years). For
