Question: Can we live at Woodhaven?
Answer: No. Woodhaven is zoned recreationally and is not intended for residential use.

Question: Is Woodhaven a timeshare?
Answer: No. When you purchase your property at Woodhaven, you obtain a fee simple title.

Question: Can we rent campsites seasonally or weekly?
Answer: No. Woodhaven is a private recreational facility. You must be an owner or guest of an owner to use Woodhaven.

Question: How much does it cost to be a member?
Answer: Our annual ownership assessment is currently $1,050 per year, per lot sewered lot. This cost does include water and sewer fees for the year. Non-sewered lots are assessed at $865 per year. There are other costs involved including the price of the campsite, utilities such as electric and taxes.

Question: How much is a campsite?
Answer: Again, that depends. Campsites can range from as little as $3,000 to more than $70,000 based on included improvements, personal property and location of the site.
